MOTOR SYSTEMS IN INVERTER



MOTOR RATED CURRENT .

to set the motor's rated current in unit of a .
note ;please set it to be the rated current on the motor's name plate.






MOTOR RATED SLIP.

to set the motor's rated slip in unit of Hz.
note;it is the reference value of the motor;s slip . the factory setting depends on the inverter;s capacity . to calculate the motor;s rated slip according to the value on the motors name plate and set the value motor;s rated slip= motor;s rated frequency - rated speed  x the numbers of motor /120.

MOTOR NO LOAD CURRENT .

to set the motor;s current at zero  load in unit of a
note; the reference value of motor;s slip . the factory setting depends on the inverter;s capacity .please set the rated voltage and the current of the motor at the zero load and rated frequency , if there are no marks on motor;s nameplate , please inquire from the factory .

NUMBER OF MOTOR POLES .

to set the number of the motor;s poles .
note; set the value according to the record on the motor,s nameplate .

MOTOR LINE TO LINE RESISTANCE .

to set the value in unit of ohms.
note;it is the  reference value of motor,s torque compensation . the factory setting depends on the inverter,s capacity please set the motor,s line to line resistance (u v v w w u) if there is no cord in the motor,s nameplate please inquire from the manufacture.

MOTOR LEAK INDUCTANCE .

sets the voltage drop due to motor leakage inductance as a percentage of the motor rated voltage .
note: the factory setting depends on the inverters capacity, the setting value is the radio of voltage drop caused by motor leak inductance and motor rated voltage normally this value is not shown on the motor nameplate , so it might be necessary to contact the motor manufacturer , it is also acceptable to set the loss , caused by the motor ,s  leakage inductance  ,  as a percentage.

MOTOR IRON SATURATION COEFFICIENT

constants e 2 - 0 7 and e 2 - 0 8  are not required when using the motor at or below the rated frequency set these constants when operating at a frequency higher than the motor,s rated frequency . set according to the following values . motor iron core saturation coefficient 1 , core saturation coefficient when magnetic flux is 50% motor iron core saturation coefficient  , 2  . core saturation coefficient when magnetic flux is 75% normally these values are not shown on the motor name plate so it is might be necessary to contact the motor manufacturer , operation will be possible with the factory preset values.


MOTOR MECHANICAL LOSS.

sets the motor mechanical loss as a percentage of motor rated output ,w
note: normally it is not necessary to change this setting except in the following cases . there is a large torque loss to the motors bearings . there is a large torque loss to a fan or pump  set the mechanical loss for compensation ..

MOTOR IRON LOSS FOR TORQUE COMPENSATION.

 the factory setting depends on the capacity of the inverter . the core loss is set in unit of  w  normally it is not necessary to be set except when the inverter,s capacity is much different from motors power . please set it to be the value of motors power and the inverter,s capacity

MOTOR 2 MIN/MAX OUTPUT FREQUENCY/VOLTAGE.

It is the value for inverter  of 400 voltage class. for the inverter of 200 voltage class the value shall be divided by 2. 2. the value depends on the control  mode .  to set v/f characteristics in a straight line, set the  same value for e 4 - 0 4  and e 3 - 0 6 in this case the setting for e 4 - 0 5 will be disregarded . when e 1 - 0 3 = f , e 1 - 0 4 ~10 can be set  the setting except f is only for reference. when v/f characteristic is straight line , e 1 - 0 7 "mid output frequency" shall be set as same value in this case e 1 - 0 8 mid output frequency voltage , will be disregarded please set the four frequencies as follows, e 4 - 0 1 " f max "> e 4 - 0 3 " f a"> e 4 - 0 4 "f b " >e 4 - 0 6 "f main "

MOTOR 2 RATED CURRENT .

Set motor,s rated current in unit of a.
note: the setting depends on the inverter,s capacity the setting range is 10~200% of the inverter rated current . the setting range is 10% to 200% of the inverter rated output current . the default setting depends upon the inverter capacity . please set according to the rated current shown on the nameplate of motor.

MOTOR 2 RATED SLIP.

to set the motor ,s rated slip in unit of Hz .
note: factory setting depends on the capacity of the inverter ,the table is the value of inverter for 0 , . 4 kw and 200 v . to calculate the value showed on the nameplate of the motor and set the value . motor,s rated slip = motor,s rated frequency rated x the number of speed motor,s poles/120 .

MOTOR 2 NO LOAD  CURRENT .

to set motor 2,s zero load current in unit of a .
note : please set the zero load current when the motor is  at rated voltage and rated frequency , normally there is on record on the nameplate of the motor please Enquire from the factory.
to set the number of the motor ,s poles . please set it according to the record on the motor,s nameplate

MOTOR 2 LINE TO LINE RESISTANCE .

To set the motor,s line to line resistance in unit of ohm .
note: the factory setting depends on the capacity of the inverter . please set the motor,s line to line resistance u v v - w w u  normally you need to inquiry the factory for the line to line resistance . the value can be calculated according to the following insulation  E : line to line resistance at 75 degrees(ohm)x 0. 92(ohm) insulation B :line to line resistance at 75 degrees (ohm) x 0.92 (ohm) insulation F : line to line resistance at 115 degrees (ohm) x 0.92 (ohm)

MOTOR 2 LEAK INDUCTANCE .

Set the voltage drop due to motor leakage inductance as a percentage of the motor rated voltage .
note: the factory setting depends on the capacity of the inverter . the value setting range 0.0 ~40.0 for the inverter with 0.4 kw and 200 volt , set the voltage drop (caused by the motor,s rated voltage this constant dose not normally required setting because the inverter automatically compensates during operation normally this value is not shown on the motor nameplate  , so it might be necessary to contact the motor manufacturer
